Igor Lukanin (born 3 February 1976 in Yekaterinburg, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is an ice dancer who has competed internationally for Azerbaijan and Germany.

He competed for Germany with Ksenia Smetanenko from 1996-1997 and for Azerbaijan with Jenny Dahlen from 1998-2000. He then teamed up with Kristin Fraser. They are four-time Azerbaijani national champions and have competed at the 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics.

Lukanin married Daria Timoshenko in 2000.[1]

He was the flag bearer for Azerbaijan at the 2006 Winter Olympics.
