Judith Ann Blumberg (born 1957 in Santa Monica, California ) is a former American Ice dancer.

She and partner Michael Seibert won four consecutive U.S. Figure Skating Championships (from 1981-1985) and were the World bronze medalists from 1983-1985. They placed 7th at the 1980 Winter Olympics and 4th at the 1984 Olympics. They are the 1988 World Professional Champions.

After she retired, Blumberg did commentary for CBS Sports, and was a Motivational speaker. Blumberg is currently the Ensemble Director for the Ice Theatre of New York.

Blumberg was inducted into the U.S. Figure Skating Hall of Fame in 1996.

Blumberg is an ISU Technical Specialist.
